Use of Enfold WordPress Theme in a bogus website targeting cancer patients

A website – see cancercounselling.org.uk – is pretending to be a charity called The Cancer Counselling Trust of which I used to be the director. The Cancer Counselling Trust closed some time ago but this website is using our logo and some of our content, plus content probably taken from other sites to give the impression of reliability. It gives a false address and a phone number that doesn’t connect. It makes false promises and suggests people affected by cancer contact them via the website, presumably to get their details. The website states that it uses Enfold WordPress Theme by Kriesi (c) in 2020.
This is the third time this scam website has appeared. Is there anything you can do to help get it taken down? I am reporting it – again – to the police here. It is a disgusting attempt to con cancer patients looking for help.
