not possible to make updates sweat pages already built. I have 5.1 wordpress
the license key is.me question is: if I buy another license 4.4 is I that I will lose my content.

No you will not lose your content if you update, but I would recommend that you perform the update on a staging version of the site first just to make sure. Please note that the update to 4.5.x has to be done manually from the version you are running.

Thanks for the update, when you buy the theme from Themeforest the version you get it always the latest version. Currently it’s 4.5.4, you can verify the version by opening up style.css for instance.
You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/
