    I try to import a backup of : Enfold-theme-settings-2020-4-12.txt
    however this fails over and over again. Error: cant import the config because server not responding.

    Hi hans,

    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
      ( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

    When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
    If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

    Thanks for giving us admin access.
    However, I could not find Enfold-theme-settings-2020-4-12.txt in Media Library.
    Can you upload it there? (link in private content) If you have issues uploading there, then please upload it in https://ufile.io/ then just give us the upload link.

    Thanks for giving us the theme settings file and unfortunately, I get the same issue as you are having even in my local server.
    I could still get most of the values from the file you gave which I could manually apply, would it be okay if I manually add these values in the theme settings?

    I am somehow relieved that is not only on my end. Strange thing is that I added an .ini file [filezilla] to extend the timeout session of the server. Didnt work either.
    Would be great if you could add the settings manually. Thanks nikko. You’re a great help :)

    Thanks, I have compared the settings and it seems most are the same, there are only few settings that are different:
    – Main Menu > Burger/Mobile Menu > Clone title menu items to submenu set to Do not create a clone
    – Main Menu > Burger/Mobile Menu > Menu Overlay Style set to Sidebar Flyout Menu (Classic)
    – Layout Builder > Options Toggles In Modal Popup set to Use Toggle Feature

    Here are the other settings that are different but I did not change:
    – Blog Layout > Share links at the bottom of your blog post (imported settings only has WhatsApp link checked)
    – Performance > Disable external video features (unchecked in imported settings)
    – Google Services > Enable Google Maps on your site (imported settings is set to Use Google Maps)

    Also, I found this in Quick CSS (both in your current settings as well as the imported settings):
