Hi guys !
I’ve tried to update my theme to 4.2.6 but I can’t access to my admin page, even to my home page.
I’ve backed up to 4.1.2 and now it works.
How can I do to make 4.2.6 working well please ?
PHP version : 7
Thanks !
FranckMarch 22, 2018 at 2:54 pm #931342Hi!
Sorry for the inconvenience! Issue occurs on servers running PHP versions older than 5.6. You can either upgrade your PHP version to minimum 5.6 and preferably to 7.x or replace /wp-content/themes/enfold/header.php file with this one – https://www.dropbox.com/s/r389b5x4ippscyn/header.php?dl=0 to bring up backwards compatibility with older PHP versions.
Best regards,
YigitMarch 22, 2018 at 3:12 pm #931365As you can see in my previous message, my server is running on PHP 7.00
How can I solve this problem please ?

Please post FTP and WP admin logins in private content field so we can look into it.

YigitMarch 22, 2018 at 3:43 pm #931392I’ve checked folder by folder and the problem seems to come from the config-templatebuilder folder…
March 22, 2018 at 6:30 pm #931535Hey!
Please go to wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/ via FTP and delete events_countdown.php file and that should fix the issue. If it does not, please post FTP logins here privately so we can look into it.
Regards,

FranckMarch 22, 2018 at 6:45 pm #931557Hi,
We are taking a shot in the dark as long as we do not have an access to your server dear Franck :)
If you post FTP logins, we can find what exactly is wrong and can fix it.Regards,

Can you try updating again? But delete the Enfold folder this time and upload a fresh copy of Enfold 4.2.6?
If you get 500, please check the server log for error and share it here with us.Best regards,
