    Thank you Team. I am having an issue with one website of many sites that I have built-in Enfold. I may have found one issue that may lead to the Theme breaking. I tried to update the theme to 4.8.4 (The latest version and the theme broke the site).

    Here is the first thing I noticed (When I go to Appearance > Themes I noticed two installs of Enfold. One that is in use and one that is not. Not sure how that can be. I only installed the theme one time.

    Anyhow, I want to remove one theme without jeopardizing the other and make the needed update. Is this something you can help with, in the event the theme breaks – you can see where the problem is? I went and brought the site back to the day before to get it up and running again.

    Please any support you may be able to offer would be much appreciated. I have 6 + licenses with you. Never have I come across this situation.

    Hey,

    I have deleted the older version of the theme via FTP. I noticed that complete folder downloaded from ThemeForest was uploaded instead of only installable WordPress files.

    You have inserted Personal Token in Enfold theme options so you would receive auto updates and not need to manually update in future. If you would like to for whatever reason and would like us to assist you, please feel free to let us know and we will gladly help :)

    Wow, I never did that before.  I always just install WordPress Files only.  I have built numerous sites and never did this.  Perhaps this is where the problem was.
    Do you suggest deleting files in the folder that I do not need or should everything be ok now? If so, please feel free to do what is best.

    Hi,

    You do not need to do anything, I removed the folder already and confirmed in WP backend that older version of the theme was removed.

    I noticed you have 2 more open threads and I will reply to them soon. Would you need further assistance on this thread or shall we close this one? :)

    Well, that was a complete oversight. Of course, you need Admin. I changed it. You all set. I am sure you are away for the weekend. I look forward to hearing back from you at your earliest convenience.

    If you need anything else from me regarding this issue let me know. I create a page called Enfold. You can do whatever you want with it.
