I can’t open a support ticket although I have just updated my licence. I can’t install the one I have downloaded from theme forest. some of the site isn’t working and this is urgent. Please advise how to open a support ticket about this urgently.Hey Helen,

I can’t update the theme.
There is an issue on the page outlined below. I can’t update the page to be fullwidth removing the sidebar widget.

I can’t use the registration you provide as I haven’t been provided with a token, just a purchase code.
Most other themes have a simple API code and its done.

Thanks for the update. So you can’t access your Themeforest account? If so, then please reach out to their support directly.
You are not provided a token, it needs to be generated, and that can be done by following the documentation I linked to. This process is implemented and run by Envato/Themeforest. If you have any feedback about it, then please forward it to them directly.
