I work for a company that uses the enfold theme for one of our WordPress sites. The previous employee(to which no longer works here) that purchased the code did not leave behind any credentials or trails for me to get a hold of code updates. I was informed by Reclaim Hosting(which is where our websites are hosted) that we need the updated enfold theme for our website to be compatible with the newest WordPress code that was recently released. I am writing in hopes that you may be able to take a look at our website and guide me as to what update I need or that you could help me solve this issue I have on my hands. Any and all help is greatly appreciated.

If you don’t have access to the theme files and if there is no way for you to acquire them then I think you will have to purchase a new license unfortunately. You can do so here if you like: https://themeforest.net/item/enfold-responsive-multipurpose-theme/4519990

You purchase the license key, it works for all versions. You’ll be able to download the latest, which is 4.5.2 nut if you need earlier versions you can write to us.

It won’t work unfortunately, I see that you are running a very old version of the theme and there have been changes in the automatic updates system with Envato so you would have to update manually via FTP to the latest version. You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/

I would recommend you to purchase a new license of the theme, then update manually according to the instructions above.
