    This is very urgent so i would appreciate anyone’s immediate help on it,

    we read a few of the threads on the updating from 4.4.1 to 4.5 issues and have tried to update via FTP. After we substituted the enfold theme folder, had troubles with signing API key – couldn’t get it approved / validated – clicked reset theme options by mistake – and now we can’t view the website on the older version, not sure how to get things back up ,

    we restored server image from yesterday, but theme is still not updated, shows an old version of it, the content is still there but the layout is very different.

    PLEASE HELP URGENTLY.

    still have this? i know there’s a ton of threads about this, but was also told to open a thread if i’d like to team from kriesi to help with the update, is this still the case?

    I have the same problem. Can’t update because wronge URL. The API I I use workt untill version 4.4.1 well.

    yes it’s widely discussed here in this forums, the jist is that it used to update by click due to some API service from envato which was discontinued, so if you want to upgrade to 4.5 you have to do it via FTP or via a plugin called update theme through plugin, search the forum and you’d find all the detailed, we tried through FTP and the whole theme configurations got deleted…. make sure you backup with the backup plugin before you do anything

    Hi!

    Could you please post full FTP logins? I tried updating the theme using a plugin however i guess there is a conflict with another plugin so it did not work.

    yes read that and we did try it through the plugin and through FTP but completely had our website theme config deleted and all the backups were not helpful, so building the website from scratch now, would be great if we can get help with it

    hello, yes please, we’ve tried several times to update our theme via ftp and via plugin, ended up in our site being deleted with no adequate backup (my bad) i would appreciate your help with it if possible

    if you say you’re going to help with the update then should be reasonable to have some sort of update from you after a week…
