hello, I have problems for uploading posts, this is the message: “Your Site is Experiencing a Technical Issue. Since WordPress 5.2 there is a built-in feature that detects when a plugin or theme causes a fatal error on your site and notifies you with this automated email. In this case, WordPress caught an error with your theme, Enfold.”
But when I go to upload themes “No Updates available. You are running the latest version! (3.4.3)” and obviously, this is not the last version, but it is impossible to update. I have bought a lot of enfold themes, this one is from 2016. Please, find below in private content the link
I need your help! Thanks in advance!!February 3, 2020 at 1:09 pm #1180903Hey ftt123,
Sorry for the problem. The update to 4.2.x has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541
You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/
If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.
After you have updated then try to activate the Classic Editor in the main page of the theme options.
Also please read this after you have updated: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/
Best regards,

The theme files are all the same, so it does not matter which one you download. It’s only the token that sets them apart.
Best regards,
