    I Have problem with automatic update and i can’t do it manually again, I need to resolve this problem, please.

    When I try to update says No Updates available. You are running the latest version! (4.4), but the new version is 4.4.1

    Hey,

    Please try a WordPress transients cleaner plugin if you do not receive auto updates and make sure your API key in the theme settings is correct under Enfold > Theme Update.

    If it does not help, I am afraid you might need to update the theme manually via FTP.

    Unfortunately, not all Server environments are able to make use of the auto-update feature provided by ThemeForest

    I installed the plugin, but the problem continue, I can’t believe the most powerfull and the best wordpress theme I have to update manually, that is a big problem for me. I have insert correctly the user name and API key, but just say No Updates available. You are running the latest version! (4.4)

    Sorry I can’t find the solution in that three, from 2016 you don’t have the solution yet for that, this is a big problem.

    You have to understand the important is to have the lastest update and this is a issue you have to resolve as soon as you can, because you are the best WordPress theme.

    When a updated to 4.4 version I had to send you a ticket, because the site web was down and now I’m afraid to make the ftp update again.

    Could you please check with your hosting provider and ask them if there is some sort of firewall that might be blocking api.envato.com?

    Everything is ok in my hosting provider, I have anothers Envato theme and they update without problem, please verify my site, I need to resolve this problem.

    Hi,

    I noticed you inserted your purchase code in API key field in Enfold theme options. Please refer to this post – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-registration and generate an API key on ThemeForest and insert it instead and it should work fine :)
