    Hi, my website is running Enfold v. 3.7.1. Installed by someone I can’t contact anymore.
    I have bought the theme license again today and entered the new api token in the update panel on the website.
    It keeps saying I have the latest version installed which isn’t the case off course.
    I have read the manual but can’t decide how to proceed.
    Can I install the theme in WordPress backend > themes >add new, to have it updated? as nowhere it is asking for an update.

    Updating must be done because I can’t edit pages any longer, I read this version is not compatible with WP 5.7.2.

    Hey ineke_vg,

    Thank you for the inquiry.

    The auto updater in that version is now deprecated, so it will no longer work. You will have to download the theme from your account and upload it to the server manually via FTP. For more info, please check the following documentation.

    Everything works now. I was confused about which key/token to insert in the website but that is solved now.
