Hi I’m Michela from Italy. No able to update to 4.5 have this message:
C’è stato un errore durante l’aggiornamento di Enfold: Il download non è andato a buon fine. Non è stata fornita una URL valida.There was an error during the Enfold update: The download was not successful. A valid URL was not provided.
is there a different procedure for updating than in the past?

Sorry for the problem. The update to 4.5 has to be done manually unfortunately, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541
You could update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update
Or use this plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/

I’m sorry but this happened to me: the update then started automatically but wordpress always tells me that there is a new update to do and I can not find it. How can I solve?

Did you try the suggestions I posted earlier in this thread? The automatic updates won’t work anymore unless you update manually to 4.5 as I previously stated.
If you need help updating then please post new threads and include admin WordPress and FTP login details in private. Also verify that you have backups for the site.
Reminder on why it’s good to have a staging version of your site.
