I’m a graphic web integrator and writing you now on behalf of my client who have bought your theme yesterday.
After updating the Enfold Theme more errors has occured.We are now using Enfold version 4.2.6. and wants to update to: Version 4.5.3
Problems:
1. Updating error, both an error updating occoured by downloading through the inbuild Theme Update section therefore I also tried uploading the enfold theme .zip file manually, which also returns with an error saying:
“En fejl opstod under opdateringen af Enfold: Download mislykkedes. Den anførte URL er ugyldig.”
= “An error occured during update of Enfold: Downloading didn’t succeed. The URL is not valid”– What do I/we do, can you help?
2. I’m not sure if #1 issue solves the above, but all pages looks weird when entering them from backend panel e.g. when I want to modify. It all looks like coding, and I can’t choose layout features etc. This goes for ALL pages on the website.
I really hope you can help me/us soon as possible:)

Sorry for the problem. The update to 4.5.x has to be done manually unfortunately, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541
You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/. If none of those methods work then please try to completely delete the theme, then upload the new version after that. Also please make sure that you have backups of the site before changing anything.
