    Hey,
    I tried to update my enfold theme from version 4.2.3 to 4.7.3 by using “Update Theme and Plugins from Zip File” plugin as discribed in:
    https://kriesi.at/support/topic/updating-to-enfold-4-5-and-validating-personal-token/
    After choosing the zip file the massage “Der Link, dem du gefolgt bist, ist abgelaufen.” / “the link you followed has expired” appears.
    Just bought a new license today and generate the token but get bogged down here.

    Hey Robert,

    If the plugins doesn’t work for you then, you can try to update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. You can upload the new version to a new folder called enfold_new for instance, then change the name of the old folder to enfold_old, then change the new folder back to just enfold.

    thanks again. Everything is fine. Non problems with the update and the update of wordpress.
    Finally everything is running on the latest version. :-)
