We created a subdomain to build a one page website to support our main website with a specific topic. But we can’t update the enfold theme. Please help! I added additional information in the private content

Thank you for using Enfold.
The site is running on an a very old version of the theme, 3.5.4, which contains an outdated updater. Please upgrade the theme manually via FTP.
