    Hey karinaschuh,

I’m currently able to pull the site up. Are you still having issues?

    Best regards,

Hi, I am not able tu update my site as it crashes every time. The suggestion with the “debug” did not work. I had to replace it with the old version again. I just want to understand how to update my site without crashing.
    Thanks.

    Hi karinaschuh,

Can you please check server log for error?

Here is how to find it:

Which version of php are you running?

    Best regards,
    Victoria

Notice: Constant WP_DEBUG_LOG already defined in /home/karinaschuh/public_html/wp-config.php on line 105

After adding the define(‘WP_DEBUG’, true); define(‘WP_DEBUG_LOG’, true); my pages have a big space on top or the pictures look huge.

    Please check http://www.karinaschuhphotography.com

The WordPress content folder shows that WP debug log is already defined.
What can I do that the design looks better? How can I avoid the big spaces and pics?

I am running WordPress version 4.9.5

    Hi,

Please send us a temporary admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.

If you want to update then you can try to completely remove the theme folder from the server, then upload the new version via FTP to see if that works better: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update/

    Best regards,

after deleting enfold and replacing it again via ftp, my site crashed again. I don’t know what I can do now …

    That’s the message I get:

Warning: require_once(config-wpml/config.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/karinaschuh/public_html/wp-content/themes/enfold/functions.php on line 29

Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘config-wpml/config.php’ (include_path=’.:/opt/alt/php56/usr/share/pear:/opt/alt/php56/usr/share/php’) in /home/karinaschuh/public_html/wp-content/themes/enfold/functions.php on line 29

    I hope you can help.

Now I get the following message: Notice: Constant WP_DEBUG_LOG already defined in /home/karinaschuh/public_html/wp-config.php on line 105

From where do I get the enfold child theme? And do I have to upload it? I have uploaded the enfold theme now but don’t see it when I enter my WordPress site

When I go on my themes on my website, it says Enfold is damaged, it is installed but not completely, stylesheet is missing

    #956633

I have changed the theme for now, but please help uploading the enfold theme and activate it!
