    Hello,
I have a problem with last update.
I think the problem is the php version, but if I change the header code with the code suggests in this post https://kriesi.at/support/topic/fatal-error-cant-use-function-return-value-enfold-header-php-on-line-6/#post-922937, like I did in the previous update, it don’t work.

I contacted my hosting to update the php version, but has not yet replied to me… can I do something in the meantime?

    Thanks

    Hi Serena,

I checked your website and it seems like you have updated Enfold to 4.3.1 and that fixed the issue? :)

    Best regards,
    Yigit

    Sorry Yigit,
I continue not see it, I also tried to clear the cache, but nothing

    Hey,

Now i am getting “You don’t have permission to access / on this server.” error.
If you do not mind, please post FTP and WP admin logins here privately so we can look into it.

You no longer need to replace header.php file. We have already made the theme backwards compatible.

    Best regards,
    Yigit

    Hi Yigit,
    maybe you take a look?

    Hi sere,

You should be running at least php5.6.3 for the code to work properly. Please consider upgrading your php.

And I see you have Enfold 4.3.1 running. Is the issue resolved or you have a different issue?

    Best regards,
    Victoria

    Hi Victoria,
I know this issue, now I’m waiting that my web site will migrate on a new server… in the meantime can I do something to come back to see it? Can I go back to the previous version of Enfold by ftp?
At the moment I can not even access to the backend

    Thanks

    Hi,

    Keep us updated.
IF you are migrating it would be good not to do any changes, to ensure that you are migrating the latest version.

    Best regards,
    Basilis

Hi Basilis, my hosting say that there is something who match with MOD_SEC that have temporarily disabled

They say that the issue isn’t PHP…

It’s a bit that I think to change hosting … I know that the time has come!
