    Hi,
    We are currently using an older version of your theme. I see there is an article on your site for updating via FTP,https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-update/#update-via-ftp, but I don’t see anything about where to get the new version of the theme to put into the FTP.
    Could someone kindly point me in the right direction?

    Please refer to the below link

    You can update the theme from WP Dashboard or from an FTP client.

    To download the theme:

    1. Please, log-in to your ThemeForest account.
    2. Click on Settings > Downloads on the top right-hand side.
    3. A list of purchased items will appear.
    4. Click on Enfold and download installable files only.

    Thank you for your reply. I downloaded the installable wordpress files from themeforest and uploaded them to my cPanel. I thought perhaps my dashboard needed time to catch up to the change, but I am still seeing the old version instead of the current version.

    Update: I realized I didn’t unzip the installable wordpress files. After unzipping them, I have had wordpress state that there is a critical error on my site. My hosting company is working on restoring the site now. I am hoping to try updating the theme later, but want to avoid errors. Any additional advice?
    It may be worth noting we are using php 5.6 right now for the old theme. Do we need to update that before updating the theme? Switiching to any version higher cause blank pages to appear on our site, which is why we need to get the theme updated I believe.

    Glad you are able to download and install the theme.

    Yes please update to PHP 7.0 or greater as mentioned in the install guide :)

    Also, please don’t forget to take a backup of your site just in case you need to restore the old site.
