    Hello there!

    I have been experiencing issues in a particular part of the home page of my website, where it shakes (under “SECURE PAYMENT” and “WORLD-WIDE DELIVERY” headers) and another part where slightly moves up and down on the testimonials that I have created. The movement up and down is also present in the footer of the home page.
    This issues do not replicate across the website. They are only present in the home page

    I asked to the technical support of my hosting provider, and after investigation they asked me to contact the developer of the theme, because they have found a CCS code that originates this unstable movement on the website. Apparently this CCS code can only be removed by the developer of the theme.

    Could you please assist on this issue?

    Thank you so much in advance,
    Laia

    Hello Victoria,

    Many thanks for your response.

    I have recorded a few videos of the instability of the website. Here you can see here the shacking effect in the specific part of the home page:

    And here the up and down movement:

    Please let me know if you require more information to assist on this issue.

    Thank you so much in advance,

    Hi,
    Sorry for the late reply, thank you for the videos and login. I have taken a look at your site and see at the top of your page your “RECENT TOP SELLERS” product slider is different heights, so when it changes your whole page shakes.
    I have added this code in the General Styling > Quick CSS field:

    #top.home .template-shop.avia-content-slider {
    height: 422px !important;
    max-height: 422px !important;
    }

    This sets the max-height so that it doesn’t shake the page anymore. Please clear your browser cache and check.

    Best regards,
    Mike

    Dear Mike,

    The problem is solved, thank you so much!

    However, another issue has appeared which wasn’t present before fixing the home page issue. In the “Shop” page, there was a masonry element that was working fine, but now the two boxes on the right side on the screen present some instability and some borders that were not there before, the box on the left side on the screen works just fine.

    I have tested it multiple times, removing the pictures and adding them again, and including another masonry template again but the problem persists. Could you please have a look at it and see how could this be fixed? There is also a masonry element in the “About” page and it works just fine…

    Thanks a lot in advance,
    Laia

    Hi,
    I tried to find the two masonry boxes that have the border issue, but I don’t see it. Please link to the page directly in the Private Content area. Perhaps a screenshot would be nice too, you can add screenshots by uploading your images to a service such as postimages.org and pasting the html code or the link given in your post.

    Best regards,
    Mike

    Hi,
    Thanks, I added this to your css:

    html.responsive,.responsive body {
        overflow-x: visible !important;
    }

    and after I cleared your site cache it seems to be gone. Please clear your browser cache and check.
