Unexpected Token '

When trying to load our site, the following issues have started for us as of today:

Masonry and Partner Elements have ‘disappeared’ from the bottom of the front page, but if I move my mouse in their locations, links still pop up.

At the top of the homepage, this appears:

When checking in Chrome Console, the only error popping up is:
Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected token ‘<‘

All of these issues popped up at the same time, and I can’t seem to find exactly where to get rid of the errant character. Any assistance is appreciated!
