    I’m getting the following message when trying to upload media (I’ve tried all different types and sizes)

    “unable to create directory uploads/2016/01. Is it’s parent directory writable by the server?”

    Is this an Enfold issue or with my hosting?

    Hey ozziepossum,

    It appear to be an issue with folder permission. Please refer to this link https://codex.wordpress.org/Changing_File_Permissions and scroll down all the way to “Using an FTP Client” and follow the step by step instruction.
