Hi,
We’re having the same problem as many others it appears, unable to update from version 4.5.2 to 4.5.3, receiving the following message: Download Failed. Forbidden.
We have a valid Envato Private Token. I’ve added login details below.

I’ve really got no idea what I’m looking for in the server logs. It seemed to be a problem that was occurring with many others so perhaps there’s something more general going on. It would be great if you could help further or advise in detail how to proceed.

I checked the token had the correct permissions, revalidated the token and tried to update the theme again. Still getting the same problem. What’s the next step?

February 19, 2019 at 11:07 pm #1069150I’m getting the same error (see below) updating from 4.5.2 to 4.5.4. I’ve tried every suggestion found on the forum (private mode, delete token, recreate token, etc). I’ve looked through site logs and I’ve enabled WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG on the site and the only error was a minor warning in a plugin. Please advise.

The update URL is giving this response:
Error> <Code>AccessDenied</Code> <Message>Access denied</Message> </Error>
Multiple users have reported this.
The ENFOLD theme has an update problem.
It needs to be fixed.February 20, 2019 at 5:34 am #1069264I have managed to update 4.5.2 to 4.5.4 by using the procedure in THIS POST
However removing the token, updating, reinstalling the token, manually checking and updating again is a clunky workaround to what should be a simple updating process.

Most of the Moderator suggestions point the finger at the client and suggest they look at their token permissions.
I think the issue is with the theme and it’s implementation of the token system.
