I’m sorry but I can’t connect to the server. Did you contact the plugin authors regarding the issue? I’m sure they’ll be able to provide more info about the issue.

IsmaelFebruary 9, 2018 at 10:29 am #910180Its not an issue of the plug-in. I must have been something that was changed in ENDOLD 4.2.1 and after that.
As mentioned – any other Standard theme works and the ENFOLD Version 4.2 works too…Why cant you connect to the server, what is the error? Can you tell me from which contry or IP you are logging in – maybe its a firewall issue…

Yes, I know that it’s not an issue with the plugin but they may be able to help because they are more familiar with it. Please note that we don’t provide support for third party plugins as stated on our support policy. However, we’ll try to help since the plugin is working on older versions.

Yes, we can reproduce the issue. However, we’re not entirely sure what’s causing it. A little insight or info from the plugin developers should help.

In the meanwhile it would help what major change (in terms of saving posts or tables) you made from ENFOLD 4.2 to 4.2.1. that causes that specific issue…

IsmaelFebruary 21, 2018 at 7:47 am #915316Hi there, I have upladed the 4.1 Version of ENFOLD. You can now switch between Version 4.1 and 4.2.3 and see the difference.
Concerning your questions about WC products: all I can say is, that when the the number of seats/tickes are changed via WooCommerce inventory – saving the altered number works (also after ENFOLD 4.2x)… but changing within the plug-in (EventOn) it self it does not… (after Enfold 4.2x)
Is there any specific handling the WC product by ENFOLD which differs from the standard theme (13, 14, 15)? usage of memory, space of storage… etc?!Please use the new details to log in.

Thank you for the update.
The theme doesn’t contain any major configuration for the products aside from template modifications. I’m sorry but we’re not really sure what’s causing the issue. If this is related to WooCommerce, maybe you should ask them for additional info as well.

As for woocommerce:
the only update that was made from that period (the error occured) were WordPress and ENFOLD (in November 2017)…
Sometimes theme authors make modifications to WooCommerce templates or define how the post/products are stored or handled…
I will try to get an info in WC forum, but I guess everyone is referring to the theme authors as this works without any problem with standard themes.. AND it worked with Enfold 4.2… so the answer must be there somewhere in between.
I still hope you can get to the bottom of this…thanks for the support so far!
