    Support: I’m having zero luck trying to import Enfold 2017 demo content into a fresh install of WP. I’ve tried just about everything I could Google to make it work. Any help would be appreciated.

    Hey ing_robert,

    Thanks for the login details, the WordPress ones don’t seem to work though. Please check and verify. Also, did you try to import the demo manually? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/import-demos/#manual-demo-import–using-xml-files-

    Yes, I did try the xml import, it runs for a couple of minutes then the browser defaults to the “Safari can’t open the page” message. I’ll re-add the login credentials, the password wasn’t correct.

    Hi,
    Sorry for the late reply and thanks for the login and the ftp access, I uploaded all of the demo images and then modified the enfold-2017.xml file to import the images from your server instead of ours. The demo is now installed and working well, please clear your browser cache and check.

    Yes, sorry for the late reply. We will leave this open until you have a chance to check the site and let us know if you find any errors with the import. You can also take a look at Enfold documentation here
