    i just installed the theme and activated it.
    I am having challenges importing demos. The error message “Download of files for demo XXX didn’t work. You may want to try reloading the page and then try again”

    I increased the the WP_memory_limit to 256M as recommended but the error still persists.

    Kindly assist.

    Hey inovashin,

    Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply. Also please let us know which demo you would like to import.

    Thank you for the inquiry.

    We tried logging in, but the account mentioned above seems to be invalid. Please check the information carefully or provide another admin account. Have you tried importing the demo manually using the XML files as suggested above?

    I did not do the manual import because the instructions are dated. The paths indicated are not the same as I have on my server.

    Hi,

    Thanks for that. The PHP ZipArchive Extension is turned off on your server, that is required for the import to work. Please reach out to your hosting provider if you cannot turn it on yourself.

    Hi,

    Thanks for that. I’m seeing a 500 internal server error on the file in private while trying to import a demo. Please try reaching out to your hosting provider and check why that is. If you would like to copy the content of the demo in manually using shortcodes, then we can try doing so. If you would like that, then please let us know which pages you would like from the demo. You could also try to install an SSL cerficate and change your site URL and location to https to see if that makes any difference.
