Hi –
I’m having issue with the mobile images in my carousel on my site: The first time I click, it seems to open a new page, when I just want use a lightbox. Once I hit the back button, it works as intended. https://www.thestrapsaver.com/buy-now/

We cannot reproduce the issue on our end. Does it happen on every page load? Have you tried waiting for a bit or waiting for the whole page to fully load before opening the lightbox?

It could be that – and chances are the user will take a moment to orient themselves – and won’t have the issue. Is there any way around this? If not, consider the matter closed!

Hi,

Thank you for the update.

If the issue only happens when the page is still loading, you might have to optimize the site further to decrease the loading time and speed up the site. The following guides should help.

We can also adjust the loading priority of the lightbox script if necessary.
