Unable to Add to Menu

I have been unable to add to my menu for the last week. When I select a page and then click “Add to Menu” all I get is a spinning wheel. It doesn’t matter what browser I use or what computer (home or work). Everything is up-to-date. I had the man who helped initially create the page take a look too. He cannot get it to work either. I tried the live update option as well and there is nothing happening.

I am starting to go into panic mode since it’s the last week of school and I have at least 3 major pages that need to be added to the menu.
