    Hello,
I am not quite sure how to even ask what I want to do, nor if it is possible.
my site is http://www.jackandaddi.com and I am using a child theme setup for reference,

I have set my permalinks to just be %postname% and for my portfolio entries it is the default %portfolio-itme% with this of course when I build a page to display my portfolio items everything is great.

Here is what I want to do. Unless there is a better way (you can enlighten me) I also will be displaying many galleries of photos aside from what I would want to call a portfolio. But I like the way the portfolio galleries look. the grid layout, and then the ability to open onto a single portfolio item page. So I am using another portfolio grid page (called client gallery in the menu nav) and then I make portfolio entries to display each seperate gallery for each client and they show up on that page. This all great. BUT HERE IS THE KICKER. I dont want the url for these client galleries to say portfolio-item in them like they do now. http://jackandaddi.com/portfolio-item/rykowski-family/

the main client gallery page has client-gallery in the url which is great. but when you open each individual gallery (a portfolio item) of course the url changes. Is there a way to change the url for these specific single portfolio pages only. But still allow other entires on different pages to be default?

Basically in simple terms I want 2 portfolios with different urls

    Hey allegrabillings!

    Try with this plugin.

I made a test locally, it appears to do what you want.

    Best regards,
    Josue
