    Hi!
    I installed the Enfold theme successfully in my local XAMPP installation on Windows 10 (with Apache, PHP v. 7.3.19 and MariaDB v. 10.4.13) on my notebook.
    When I tried ti import a demo (Enfold 2017) the environment run for some seconds, then I received an alarming error notification (with black background) with many errors “Failed to import media ”””.
    I was properly connected to Internet, and I confirm that I received the text portion of the theme, but no media.
    I asked for this topic on the Themeforest comments forum.
    Yigit suggested a full DB reset, usinf the Plugin “WordPress Database Reset”; I did it and the I retried the download with the same, sad and negative result.
    I could attach a screenshot of the error msg, but I don’t know how to attach an img file.
    Can you help me?

    Follow-up on this topic: I fixed it. :-)
    The problem was because I tried first on the local workstation I’m using: it is in charge to me, but it is set up and configured by my compnay; surely the firewall and proxy rules (that I cannot disable) create troubles in downloading media.
    I set up a new WP installation with Enfold theme on a Remote Server (with Remote Desktop) with the same software XAMPP (Apache, PHP, MySQL, etc), directly connected to Internet, and the download of the Demo worked fine.

    Sorry for the very late reply, glad to hear that you were able to sort this out. In the future, if you want to attach screenshots please use an online image host and paste the links in your post. For files, most people seem to use DropBox.
