I just went to my site and noticed when I scroll on my site, my header doesn’t change back to the solid white background that it used to change to before. It should show my black logo on white background with grey font color for the menu items. What is going on? why did this just change like this and I cant fix it? I want it to stay transparent how it is at first but then change back to solid once scrolled. Please help asap.
Hey HLL_Virtual_Bookkeeping,
Can you give us temporary admin access to your website in the private content box below, so that we can have a closer look?
Best regards,

Hey Victoria and HLL,
I had an issue that is perhaps related: my shrinking header would not go back to its original state after the first scroll. Happened on all pages and in every browser. Started right after I updated WordPress from 5.5 to 5.6. I had Enfold 4.5.6 installed and upgraded to the latest version 4.7.6.4 which solved my problem.
Kind regards,
Jef
Hi HLL_Virtual_Bookkeeping,
Thanks for that. Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.7.6.4) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.
Thanks for sharing your experience @jvingerhoets :-)
Best regards,
Rikard
that didn’t fix the issue either.. what else could it be?
Hi HLL_Virtual_Bookkeeping,
Can you please downgrade WordPress to 5.5.3 and update it later with the next version of Enfold?
Best regards,
Victoria
thanks, that worked!!
Hi HLL_Virtual_Bookkeeping,
Great! The next version of Enfold will contain a fix for this so you’ll be able to update WordPress too.
Best regards,
Victoria
