Hi, I just updated my Enfold theme to the latest version and noticed the Transparency logo on the homepage disappeared:
The source code just shows an empty src attribute (tested on all browsers on Win10)
I tried reuploading the image and setting it again in the Header settings, but to no use.
Has there been other similar reports?
Thanks

We haven’t heard of this happening on any other installations, so it might be a local problem on your site. Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.

Thanks for the information!
I cannot reproduce the issue on my local installation. I see that you are using a child theme. If you have modified theme files on your child theme, issue might be related to them however since Editor tab is missing under Appearance tab, I could not check the files. If you have modified theme files, could you please post FTP logins here privately as well?

YigitApril 24, 2021 at 2:56 pm #1296518Thank you, @Yigit,
I’ll test it on the parent theme to see if it’s related to this.
I’ll be watching the forum to see if similar issues / solutions pop up.
Best regards,

April 28, 2021 at 11:17 pm #1297232After some testing, it turned out the issue was a conflict with a particular setting in a W3 Total Cache extension. It wasn’t present before the latest update, so I guess the conflict is somewhere there. @mvi, @webdesignphx, hope that helps you narrow it down with your issue.
Thank you, Kriesi team for the support.

If you need help with something, then it might be a good idea to provide us with details to where we can see the actual problems you are having? Also make sure that you are running the latest version of the theme (4.8.2): https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update

RikardMay 12, 2021 at 11:36 pm #1299997Hi Rikard,
the image is showing fine, I just had noticed that there was a broken image alert in my seo powersuite tool for the logo and was wondering why.
Thanks for checking
TinaMay 14, 2021 at 5:13 am #1300243Hi Tina,
Thanks for the update. I’m not sure why that is unfortunately, but if all your images are showing as they should, then it’s nothing to worry about.

RikardMay 16, 2021 at 9:28 pm #1300596Ok no problem then, thanks again for your help always.
