    Hi,

    I’m having trouble translating one of the Contact Form elements.

    My form has a Form Element with the Type ‘Select Element’ and the value entered in ‘Form Element Options’ (comma seperated options) won’t show up in the WPML translation editor. Am I missing something or is it a shortcoming of the Enfold/WPML combo?

    Can you please show us the details?
    That might be something related to Enfold or WPML team can handle it easie,r but if we see the backend we might be able to understand the issue more properly

    Hi team Kriesi!

    Sorry for the late reply.

    Don’t know what details i can show you. Take a fresh install of WP, Enfold, W P M L and create Contact form with the type ‘Select Element’ in the form and enter some values for the dropdown (‘Form Element Options’ (comma seperated list of options)). Now try to translate the values that are shown in the dropdown. W P M L isn’t picking that up and doesn’t offer a way to translate ‘Form Element Options’ (comma seperated list of options).

    Hi,
    My research shows that these is a issue the WPML team has worked on by suggesting to use a simple text field instead of a dropdown or by editing user site via FTP. Although I didn’t find which files they edited. Please try submitting your request with their support: WPML Support as they seem to have more experience with this issue.
