Do we need to pay for this to continue to get support?

Hi Matt,
At the moment there will be no changes to our support, but we are developing a new support system which will check if user have a valid support license, so when that is in place you will need to purchase the extra license in order to continue to get support.

Ok, we’ll just wait for you guys to offer your own support license feature, and will buy into that. If there’s some sort of an advantage for us to buy ThemeForest’s in anticipation of that, do let us know, though. (Aka if you will offer a rebate for those that already have ThemeForest licenses.)
