Hi there. On this page we are using timeline widget:
https://dev.unic.it/conceria-italiana/processo-produttivo/
To see the page insert
user: ES
password: effetti@2025Even if we have setted to display 3 golas per slide, when page loads only one goal is displayed in full width and after a few seconds 3 goals appears.

Thank you for the inquiry.
We can’t seem to reproduce the issue on our end. This is how the site displays on load.

IsmaelMay 21, 2025 at 9:31 am #1484519Hi Ismael, I see your screenshot, but that is how it appears at the end, when timeline has finished to load. We have tested on several devices and from different places and connections, the issue is always present. It is very strange that you don’y see it…

FlavioMay 22, 2025 at 7:19 am #1484562Hi,
Thank you for the update.
We tried capturing a short video of the page and only then we are able to reproduce the issue. What happens if you temporarily disable the Enfold > Performance > File Compression settings and the cache plugin? Did you install compression plugin or any performance-related extensions?
Best regards,
IsmaelMay 22, 2025 at 9:57 am #1484575Hi. We do not have yet any cache plugin because we are still on a development environment. About Enfold performance settings, the only features enabled by now are:
– lazy load
– Responsive imagesI have disabled lazyload and it seems better now. It is still a little bit slow to start and display the first 3 slide and the navigation buttons, however it is better.
Maybe you should consider to optimize this widget in a feauture release.

FlavioMay 23, 2025 at 6:53 am #1484596Hi,
The timeline element seems to be loading properly now. It’s possible that the script responsible for rendering the timeline and other related scripts is delayed, causing the display issue. You might need to optimize the site’s loading speed to help with the delay. Please check the articles below.
