    Hi, I have a WooCommerce page (link provided) where some items in the shop are being cropped, and others aren’t. It doesn’t make any sense to me. I’ve played with all the options, and nothing seems to fix it. Can someone please help?

    Hi flylanddesigns,

    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
      ( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

    When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
    If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

    Can you please try again? We have Cloudflare security on our website. It should only have blocked you if you made 20 requests in 10 seconds.
    I decreased the security.

    Hi flylanddesigns,

    I tried to check it and it seems I’m always getting the error probably I’m trying to move fast between pages (backend and frontend). I tried to replicate the issue mentioned on my Enfold install however I’m not getting the same issue. Can you try to setup a staging site? so we can try to disable plugins without affecting your live site.

    Hi Martin,

    Thanks for helping out and pointing the link to the other thread.
