Hello, I got this error on one page and I can’t figure out how to solve it.
“The page at ‘https://apeat.se/restaurang/nytt-jobb/’ was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure stylesheet ‘http://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Open+Sans:300italic,400italic,600italic,700italic,800italic,100,200,400,300,600,700,800’. This request has been blocked; the content must be served over HTTPS.”I’ve seen this has been reported before several times, but I have never seen any solution’s to it. I have tried to install plugins that forces https. It doesn’t work. I have tried to turn off my plugins. It doesn’t help. I even tried to turn off the function that calls for fonts.googleapis.com. I read somewhere it was a solution, but then the page was just blank. I know I am running an old version of Enfold and we are about to upgrade, but there is also problem with upgrading because of some Bad URL or something. Would an upgrade solve the problem?
Thanks
PeterFebruary 12, 2019 at 7:37 am #1065801Hi Peter,
I see the same thing on my end, I’m not sure what is causing it though. First off, could you try to update to the latest version of the theme to see if that helps please? The update to 4.5.x has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541
You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/
Also please read this after you have updated: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/
If that doesn’t help with your problem then please post admin login details in private so that we can have a closer look.
Best regards,
RikardFebruary 13, 2019 at 12:02 pm #1066434Hi Rikard
I have updated now and seems as it fixed this problem but gave another. From my plugin I use I got an JQuery error. Talking to my plugin developer they say we use an old JQuery file. Version 1.9. Can you tell me if this in Enfold or do you have any idea how I can change JQuery file? Thanks
PeterFebruary 14, 2019 at 6:38 am #1066807Hi Peter,
Thanks for the update, I see errors on the two files in private. Chrome says they are blocked by client, I’m not sure why though? Enfold uses 1.4.1.

If my developer says 1.9 are an old version then 1.4.1 seems to be even older. Why do Enfold use an old file?
I have to investigate these two files you mention./Peter
February 16, 2019 at 6:27 pm #1067756Hi Peter,
Enfold uses even older jQuery, the 1.4.1 is the version of the jQuery migrate.
