    I am an existing customer and need support but there sees to be an issue with you login on your support page. I have tried in Chrome, safari and firefox and it just blanks out and doesn’t actually log me in. Very frustrating. The login information is correct – i even changed my password to be sure. How can I post a question if I am not able to login. Please if you can help.

    Sorry for the problem, we haven’t had anyone else reporting this so it’s likely something local on your end. You can post your question here if you like instead, just post your purchase code in private so that we know that you own a license.

    Thanks for that. The third background image on the page you linked to seems to be coming from a different site, the full URL is in private. Could you try uploading the image in question the current site and then change it in the section to see if that helps please?

    Hi April,

    That is happening because of the block editor which was added in WordPress 5. Please update to the latest version of the theme, then select to use the Classic Editor in the main page of the theme options. The update to 4.5.x has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541

    You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/

    If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.

    Thanks Rikard – will look to do the manual update.
    As for the ability to login you can try and reset the forum login. I see that you don’t have an error state set to your form…I can add any user name and password and get no error. So hard to know if what I changed the password is correct.

    Sorry, my bad. User names cannot be changed, so you will have to use your old one. See private. I just tried logging in with that user name and the password of your choice and that worked.
