Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,
wir haben ein Problem mit Ihrem Thema.
Wir können keine allgemeinen Änderungen unternehmen, da auf der Admin Seite alle Funktionen nicht eingeblendet sind.
Wir haben versucht alle Plug-Ins zu deaktivieren und den Cache über unseren Hoster zu löschen, allerdings konnten wir keinen Erfolg erzielen.Wiederrum haben wir die Seite dupliziert und Local installiert und haben festgestellt, dass alle Funktionen nutzbar sind.
Können Sie uns helfen das Problem zu beheben? leider können wir hier keine Bildschirmfoto anhängen, aber ich habe Ihnen auch eine Email gesendet auf (Email address hidden if logged out) .PS. Wir haben leider auch kein Zugriff auf die Lizenz, da unser Dienstleister uns im Stich gelassen hat.

If you don’t have access to the theme files then you will either have to get that in some way, or purchase a new license of the theme here: https://themeforest.net/item/enfold-responsive-multipurpose-theme/4519990
After you have access to the theme files then the update to 4.7.x has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541
You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/
If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.
