    I received the email update regarding v2.3
    I checked in on “Theme Update” which says we are running the latest version even though it is 2.2

    The API key and username are correct.
    Is there anything in particular that may be blocking the update?


    Hi kytnsda!

    You can go to ThemeForest and login with the account you purchased Enfold and download it manually from “Downloads” section then try to update it via FTP
    For a quick guide on updating your theme take a look at this video on updating the Enfold theme via FTP:



    Are you saying the automatic backup is broken?



    No, WordPress checks every 12 hours for updates but you can do it manually
