I received the email update regarding v2.3
I checked in on “Theme Update” which says we are running the latest version even though it is 2.2
The API key and username are correct.
Is there anything in particular that may be blocking the update?

You can go to ThemeForest and login with the account you purchased Enfold and download it manually from “Downloads” section then try to update it via FTP
