    I am using the Enfold theme on 8 websites. I’ve entered my ThemeForest login and API key on the Theme Update page but, when I check for new updates, it says I am using the current version even though a new version is available. The only way I can update the theme is to download the zip file, unzip it and FTP it to every site. This takes a lot of time. The update used to work but it hasn’t worked for several months on these sites.

    Hey sbisllc,

    Please try this plugin to clear WordPress transients if you do not receive auto updates and make sure your API key is correct: https://wordpress.org/plugins/artiss-transient-cleaner/.

    If it does not help, I am afraid you might need to update the theme manually – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

    Unfortunately not all Server environments are able to make use of the auto update feature provided by ThemeForest :/

    The transient cleaner didn’t work; however, Transients Manager worked.
