Hi,
I tried to update the (parent) theme but get a lot of warnings and finally an error:
An error occured while updating Enfold: Download failed. A valid URL was not provided.
Any help would be appreciated.
Warnings are all related to functions that expect different parameters (strings expected but arrays are given).

You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/

RikardThanks. Using the plugin did not work for me (got the error that the “enfold” folder already exists), so I did it via ftp. The part with the Envato token was a little bit more tricky. A nice description would be helpful (the link you provided did not contain this information). I had to google … but was easy to find.
