    Dear Support Team,

    I have a problem registering an Envato private token.

    The following error message is output: Screenshot
    I have already generated a new token and tried again. Unfortunately without success.

    What else could I do to solve the problem?

    Could you please create temporary admin logins and post them here privately so we can check with our Personal Token? That way we can understand if it is related to server settings or to Personal Token :)

    Hi,

    I just tried with my own Personal Token but i received the same errors.

    Please contact your hosting provider and ask them to whitelist api.envato.com. They might be blocking it for security reasons.

    Hi,
    our hoster has updated the Linux distribution of the server.
    The cause of the problem was probably the incompatibilities of the versions of OpenSSL with cURL.

    Now the token API works :-)
