Theme Purchase Problems

Hi, I’m in a bit of a bind. I’m the website manager for a couple of different companies that use your Enfold theme. However, the sites were originally built by a web developer and when the sites were handed off, a license key wasn’t included. In an attempt to rectify this and bring the sites up to date, we tried to purchase the theme license through the Envato marketplace but before managing to even purchase the license, Envato locked our account and has refused to unlock it without explanation. I know that you aren’t able to assist with this, but I’m hoping there’s some kind of alternative method for purchasing the theme license, as Envato refuses to let us use their service for reasons unknown.
