    Hi, we are trying to update the theme, however it in the admin section the side bar is not showing. When we click on theme update it just refreshes back to the home page.

    Here are the things that we have tried:
    Renaming the .htaccess file to .htaccess.bak
    Deactivating all plugins
    Increasing the memory limit
    Upgrading the PHP Version to 7.3

    Nothing seems to work. I read an article that we can update it by deleting the theme through ftp however I don’t want to lose the design. I am aware that the pages and posts won’t change because it is stored in the database but we can’t redesign the site. Can you please advise?

    Thanks for the login details. Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.7.6.3) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.
