yesterday I updated Enfold (now version 4.7.4). At the first moment everything went OK, but some minutes later some options disappeared of the Theme Panel. For example:
> Principal Menu
So several configurations are lost in Principal Menu, for example.
– WordPress version: 5.3.3
– Enfold Version: 4.7.4
– PHP version: 7.3.17
– WP Memory Limit: 256M
Thanks in advance.

Can you try to temporarily deactivate all plugins and switch to Enfold theme? and check if those missing settings will appear.
If it does, switch to your child theme and check, then enable the plugins one by one to know which one is causing the issue.

Can you try to re-update Enfold theme?
I also could not find any js errors, and after inspecting the options, it’s not hidden but those options are totally gone.

Can you give us FTP access as well? so we can inspect further.
NikkoMay 12, 2020 at 9:10 pm #1212362May 14, 2020 at 12:47 pm #1212935
Thanks for giving us FTP access, however even after turning on debugging, there’s no error being shown.
It seems like display_errors is turned off, can you turn it on? so we can specifically know the cause of the error.
You can see it’s turned off by going to the link in private content and find display_errors.
NikkoMay 14, 2020 at 2:06 pm #1212953May 19, 2020 at 5:32 am #1214186
You can turn it off now, it’s probably due to some caching.
I have turned on debug since my last response and just turned off the display and instead log it, but there were no logged errors.
As for missing Theme Options, this is fixed but I found out that it’s modified (enfold > includes > admin > register-admin-options.php), I just renamed the one used before as register-admin-options-new.php as you might have some developer working on tweaking it.

Go to Enfold > Footer > Footer Columns, set this to 6.
Go to Appearance > Widgets > Footer – column6, and add some widgets.
I have modified enfold > includes > admin > register-admin-options line 4549:
__('5', 'avia_framework') =>'5'));
replaced it with:
__('5', 'avia_framework') =>'5', __('6', 'avia_framework') =>'6'));
