Hello, the Enfold theme is not updating in my client’s WordPress dashboard. My client is not able to use the interface because of this. She has contacted our hosting company (who said it was not a security issue) and also tried to update this using FTP only to get an error. Could you log in to our account and see what is happening? Also, are you available to update the theme for us for a fee?
