    Hey there.

I have multiple installs of Enfold and I intend to purchase more licenses. However, I am afraid I may have missed a license purchase at some point, so I want to confirm that each of my sites that uses Enfold is properly licensed.

In theme options, some are showing a license key and a message to upgrade to the API Key, others are showing the license key and no such message, etc. Some are different versions as well, ranging from 4.0.4 to 4.5.7. And some are not updating when I try to update the theme. And some, when I create a new private token, throw an error message like this:

“Last time we checked the token we were not able to connected to Envato:

    Purchases could not be accessed
    Your username: Arrastia
    Your E-Mail: armando@fiveo……com
    Following errors occured:

Purchases: Errorcode 403 returned by Envato: Forbidden:
    – response_code: 403
    – reason: scope-missing
Purchases: A problem occured accessing your purchases. Unable to check for updates.”

Is there a simple way to sort this out to make sure my licenses are all valid and that you’re getting paid for each install? Perhaps one of your folks can work with me to sort this out?

    Thank you!

    Hey Arrastia,

If you are getting 403 errors then please refer to this: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/#toggle-id-5

If you are running versions 4.4.1 or lower of the theme then you need to update manually to 4.5.x, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541

You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/

If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.

After you have updated then try to activate the Classic Editor in the main page of the theme options.

Also please read this after you have updated: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/

    Best regards,
    Rikard
