Theme Issue not in forum

Not sure how to contact you through the forum properly, just wondered if you knew anything about a theme issue with contact forms, I have used 5 contact forms including the theme one and not one seems to be sending reliably, sometimes it works, then it doesn’t. My hosting company is having no issues with email/settings etc ?

Any suggestions please?
