    Whenever i try to change the theme styling to a different color such as grey-blue, it stays splash green. It does this always.

    Have you tried to clear your cache when doing those changes?
    Can you please make sure that the dynamic_styles at wp-content folder, at 775?

    Yes cache was already cleared and tried multiple times. Unsure what you mean for dynamic styles and where to look
